Use Agents for repeatable work
Use Agents to start a prepared task, set up work that runs on a schedule, and manage Skills and Blueprints in Grata Intelligence.
Blueflame, Datasite's M&A agent, is the AI agent in Grata Intelligence. The Agents area gives you ways to use Blueflame for work you do often. Choose a task, give Blueflame the context it needs, and review the result before you use it.

Start a Suggested Task
Suggested Tasks are prepared Agent Tasks for common work. For example, you can build a sector target list, draft a market brief, or flag deal risks.
In Grata Intelligence, select Agents.
Select Suggested Tasks.
Find a task under Sourcing, Research, Diligence, Modeling, or Monitoring.
Select the task to start a chat in Chats.
Give Blueflame any context it asks for, such as a company, sector, deal, or file.
Use a Suggested Task when you know the job you want to do but do not want to write the full request from the start.
Start a task by email
You can also email a task request to amp@blueflame.ai. To see tasks you started by email, open Agents > Suggested Tasks and select View my emailed tasks.
Create a Scheduled Task
A Scheduled Task runs your instructions at the times you choose. Use one for work you need to repeat, such as a regular market update.
In Agents, select Scheduled Tasks > New Scheduled Task.
Enter a Name and Instructions. Both fields are required.
Review the schedule. The form starts with a runtime, your local time zone, a weekly frequency, a Period of 1, and Monday selected.
Keep or change the defaults. A valid Period and at least one Day of Week are required for a weekly task.
Check the full schedule, then select Save.
For example, you could ask Blueflame to check a sector each Monday and report new deals, buyers, and sources.
Manage Skills
A Skill gives Blueflame reusable instructions for a specific job, such as how to check evidence or format a result. Go to Agents > Skill Library to find, open, or run a Skill. Select New Skill to make one.
For steps to create and test a Skill, see the Skills article. (Link “Skills” to that article when it is published.)
Manage Blueprints
A Blueprint runs a defined sequence of steps for work you do often. Go to Agents > Blueprint Library to find and manage your Blueprints. To make one, select Create > New Blueprint.
For steps to create, run, and organize a Blueprint, see the Blueprints article. (Link “Blueprints” when that article is published.)
Review results and sources
Blueflame can help prepare research and other work, but you make the final decision. Before you share or use a result, check that it answers your request. Review its sources, figures, assumptions, and missing information. If something is unclear, ask Blueflame to show its basis or revise the result.
Check access to data
Blueflame can use the files and connected sources that are available to your account and the task. If a result is missing important information, check that the source is connected, the file is available, and you have access to it.
Troubleshooting
A Skill does not apply: Check its description. Test a request that should use it and one that should not.
A Scheduled Task does not run when expected: Check its time, time zone, frequency, and selected days.
A result is missing data: Check the task instructions, file access, and connected sources.
You cannot find a Blueprint: Check the search and folder filter. You may also need access to that Blueprint.
