CRM Intel
If you have access to Grata's CRM Intel feature, you can select up to 25 of your DealCloud fields to view, filter by, and sort by in Grata. Reach out to your customer success manager to learn more about CRM Intel.

No Values, Replace Values
If you do not select a corresponding HubSpot field for that Grata field, no Grata data will be pulled into your CRM for that field.
Replace Values
Toggle ON (blue)
Grata will override that value, including any previous values currently in that field.
Toggle OFF (gray)
Grata will not update the value in your CRM, unless it is empty/blank.
Editing Preferences
To update your mapping in the future, select the HubSpot integration tile and adjust as needed.
