  • Salesforce Contact

    1. Contacts linked to an existing Account in your Salesforce

    2. Grata Contact Name: Salesforce Full Contact Name

  • Salesforce Lead

    1. Grata Company Name: Salesforce Company

    2. Grata Company Domain: Salesforce Account Website

    3. Grata Lead Name: Salesforce Contact Full Name

No Values, Overriding Values

If you select Do not write a value, no Grata data will be pulled into your CRM for that field.

Overriding Values

  • Toggle ON (blue)

    • Grata will override that value, including any previous values currently in that field.

  • Toggle OFF (gray)

    • Grata will not update the value in your CRM, unless it is empty/blank.

Editing Preferences

If you need to update your mapping in the future, go to the integration icon and select Edit your preferences and mappings.
