CRM Permission Settings
The Salesforce account that is used to log in should have the following:
API access enabled.
Manage Users > Profiles > Administrative Settings
Read / write permissions for Accounts and Contacts.
You will need to be a Contract Manager.
You can also set up permission sets to add Lead access, but Contract Manager is easiest.
To override fields on specific objects-
Make sure you have read / write permissions.
You can set these permissions at the object level.
For example, some users may have only read access to a field (e.g., LinkedIn), but want to override that field from Grata.

We recommend adding fields to your Salesforce for Source and Grata ID to help identify the data source and provide a direct link to the company profile in Grata.
Source - automatically populates as 'Grata'
Grata ID - automatically populates with the unique link the to the Grata company profile.
