What Does Ana Do?
With Ana, users can ask and receive answers to their questions directly on the company profile, bringing more of the user workflow into Grata.
Grata’s proprietary web crawl technology uses AI to pull important data insights from company websites.
Ana is capable of answering investment-relevant questions that can’t be copied by ChatGPT.
If we were not able to capture information from certain pages on a company’s website, Ana won’t be able to refer to information found on those missing pages in their responses.
Where is Ana in Grata Search?
Open a company profile.
Ana is available immediately in the Overview tab. Or navigate directly to the AI Insights tab.
You can select one of the default questions or ask Ana your own question about the company in the free text box.
You can copy responses to the questions and provide👍 or 👎 feedback on the responses.
You can view up to 10 questions from your recent Q&A history.
FAQs
Q: Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask?
A: Your question limit will depend on the Grata package you have purchased.
Advanced Plan - 200 questions per user per month
All others - 20 questions per month, included in your subscription
Q: Is my data secure? Will it go to train public models?
A: Yes. Your data is secure. It is not shared with anyone outside our organization and will not train a public model. Only if you submit 👍 or 👎 feedback, your input will be shared with Grata for us to improve our internal models.
Q: Where can I access Ana?
A: Ana is accessible in the large company profiles visible in the search UI.
Q: Will Ana remember my previous questions so that I can build off of what I’ve already asked in future questions?
A: No. Ana will not remember your Q&A history, so each new question will be treated as a brand new question.
Q: Will questions that result in an error count against my question quota?
A: No. In the event that you run into a system error after asking a question, the question will not count against your question quota.
Q: What if Ana doesn't have information about a specific company - does it “hallucinate”?
A: No. Ana will let you know if it doesn’t know the answer to your question. It will not “hallucinate” or create a fictitious answer.
