  1. What is the difference between sorting search results by Top Companies versus Discovery?
You can sort search results by Top Companies and Discovery by clicking on the dropdown shown below
    โ€‹

Top companies will sort results based on relevancy but also take sizing metrics into consideration. If you sort by Discovery, results are displayed more strictly on relevance and less on sizing.

  2. My contact enrichment request or conference request seems a bit delayed (is taking longer than 3 business days)?
Grata's data team strives to complete these requests within 3 business days. If your request takes longer than 3 business days, it has not been forgotten. This can be due to a large amount of requests in our platform that given week. You can always reach out to your Customer Success Manager for an update on where it is in the queue. We appreciate your patience while we complete your requests.

  3. Is the bot within the intercom support chat the same as Grata's search AI Analyst Ana?
No, the support chat bot provided by Intercom, AKA Fin is an AI chat bot that helps with any additional support requests.

  4. Can I request that Grata's data team creates a Grata list from my PDF of logos (private market maps)
Unfortunately, Grata's data team can not scrape a private market map or PDF of logos. However, you can make a special request to scrape any public directory, list, market map etc. In order to do this, simply reach out to your CSM or ask to "Speak to someone" in the support chat

  5. Can I submit a single company or contact for contact enrichment?
    โ€‹

    1. You can not push a single company or contact to our data team for contact enrichment. However, if you add that company to a list (single company must be added to a list) you can then request that list with one company to be enriched. See the article attached on a reminder on how to do this: Contact Enrichment

    2. We do not suggest you consistently submit enrichment request with a list of 1 company. In order to scale your outreach, we suggest that you create an ongoing list of companies in a week to submit for enrichment at the end of the week. This way you'll be able to scale up your outreach since the turnaround for contact enrichment is 3 business days.

  6. How can I bulk sync companies from a list or a search to my CRM?
You can easily bulk sync companies to you CRM by checking the box off near each company you want to sync and then clicking the "Sync" button. See the screenshot below

If you don't check off any boxes, you can click "Sync" which defaults to syncing all the companies in a search or list.

  7. My account says it was locked. How can I get access back to my account?
Your account is locked after a certain amount of incorrect password attempts. It usually takes 30 minutes for your account to be unlocked. Once 30 minutes has passed, please use the "Forgot password" option to reset your password. See the article attached to complete: How to change your password

  8. I accidentally added or removed a company from a list/search. Is there an undo action button?
At this time, there is not feature to undo an action within a search or list. Please be careful when doing so.

  9. I have a list of company names but not the websites/domains. Can I request a list upload to Grata.

    1. You can't directly upload a list of company names using our import a spreadsheet tool. The company websites/domains are required. However, if you reach out to your CSM, you can request a backend search of the company domains given the names.

    2. Keep in mind that:

      1. Not all company names will return a matched domain. This is based on a confidence level of our backend search to avoid any mismatched companies.

      2. Certain companies may not be in Grata's platform. However, once the domain is uploaded, Grata will automatically try to create a profile based on the website.

      3. Some company websites may be redirect domains that lead to a different primary domain
