Advantages

  • After you find an interesting target:

    • track where there are blockers

    • easily view which deals need to move forward

    • understand where deals are you in your process

  • People can view and assign deals to you:

    • with greater visibility, Grata's Pipeline View is your single source of truth for viewing and managing your deal process

View & Interact with Your Pipeline

My Pipeline takes you directly to your Pipeline View where you can view and directly manage companies in each stage of your pipeline.

GLOBAL VIEW shows you all of the companies that you have already tagged with a pre-existing Status label.

What can I do from this page?

COMPANY TILES

  • View the last time the Status was updated for this company

  • Drag and drop company tiles from one stage to another stage

    • this will push companies through your Pipeline

  • Sync a company to your CRM

  • Add a company to a List

SORTING

  • Sort the companies in each stage by:

    • Status Updated (date)

    • Company Name (alphabetical)

FILTER & VIEW VIA LISTS

Lets you filter the Global view by specific lists you've already built to view those specific companies and their stage in your Pipeline.

  • Example: I'm an analyst and I only care about my deals and the companies on lists I've built.

    • Filter the Global View to my lists, only.

    • Focus on those companies instead of everything from my entire organization.

    • This view is sticky in my account, only, i.e., does not impact other users' view.

Change Pipeline Stages

Your Pipeline Stages are driven by Custom Labels: Status.

If you go to My Labels, you can edit the name of each stage label, along with the order of your stages. This will directly and immediately impact your Pipeline View.
