Establish the Connection
To establish the connection between Grata and Affinity, you will need:
Affinity API Key
Can be generated under Settings > Data > API.
To use an existing API key, you may need to reach to your internal IT team.
Admin Privileges
Very useful, if you want to create or update the fields you are mapping as you set up the connection, but not essential.
Copy your API key from Affinity
Go to the Account page in Grata
Scroll down to Integrations and select Affinity
Paste your API key into the message box
Begin setting up a new connection
After you've established the connection between Grata and Affinity, you will want to map your company and contact fields.

No Values, Replace Values
If you do not select a corresponding Affinity field for that Grata field, no Grata data will be pulled into your CRM for that field.
Replace Values
Toggle ON (blue)
Grata will override that value, including any previous values currently in that field.
Toggle OFF (gray)
Grata will not update the value in your CRM, unless it is empty/blank.
Editing Preferences
If you need to update your mappings in the future, click the Affinity Integration widget and make your desired changes in the mapping screen.
