  • Dedicated Support: Your dedicated Customer Success Manager provides help with navigating the platform, building searches, answering questions for any issues you come across with daily support via in-app chat, direct email, phone and videoconferencing.

  • Research Solutions: Our Research Solutions Team provides premium support with customized reporting for requests for data outside of the Grata solution, e.g., custom tag creation, market mapping, online reviews, etc.
