Request contacts for companies that are missing executive contact information.

Grata currently provides access to executive contact data. However, there are some companies where executive contacts may be unavailable.

What Is It?

Our Contact Enrichment Program allows users to request a search for contacts for companies with missing data.

Users can request a search for executive contacts for:

  • up to 5 concurrent lists (across your organization)

  • up to 300 companies per List

Lists with updated contacts are normally available within 3-4 business days.

After we search for additional contact data, we will update your Grata list with the contact data we've collected.

** Given the volume of requests that we receive from contact enrichment, we are only able to source a few executives per company. Once we find 1-2 executives, we will move on to the next company in your list. If a company already has CEO information, we will not look for other executive titles to add.

Which executive titles are supported through this program?

Our Data Quality team will search for this list of executive titles:

  • Owner/Co-owner

  • Founder/Co-founder

  • CEO/Co-CEO

  • President

  • Chairman

  • Managing Director (if a company is created through a partnership, e.g., law firm)

Non-owner level executives are not covered in the enrichment program. IF you are looking for titles like CFO and COO, reach out to your Customer Success Manager, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis to determine if we can add those titles to your request.

How to Submit Your Request

  1. Complete your search

  2. Create a list from your search

  3. Open your list and got to the Actions button

  4. Select Enrich Contacts!

** We DO NOT enrich companies that are added to the list AFTER you submitted it for enrichment. When a list is submitted for enrichment, this is considered the FINAL list of companies. Any companies added after-the-fact WILL NOT be included in the enrichment process

  • Click on the name of your list to open it once your request is Complete.

  • Switch from Companies → Contacts
