When you have selected filters that you have determined would be beneficial to utilize throughout your workflow in Grata, you can save the filters as a Tag. You won't have to set these filters again during the process of building a Tag and can then apply it to your Lists.

Tag

Once you have your desired filters set, click on 'Actions' in the top right of the filters bar. Then click on 'Save these filters as a Tag.'

NOTE: Some filters are incompatible for a tag and will be ignored and removed from your filter before it is set as a tag.

Go back into the 'Actions' drop-down and select 'Save changes' or simply write in the name of your Tag and include a description that so you are able to quickly determine which filters are being utilized for the Tag.

You'll then need to choose to either make the Tag private or visible to your entire organization and assign the Tag to a Group. You can either select from an existing group or create a new one.

Once the Tag is created, you can then apply them when filtering a List. Manage your Tags by clicking on the 'More' drop-down and selecting Tags.
