Grata tracks company growth. You can find growth in three spots:
1. Company profiles: Monthly, quarterly, and annual growth numbers can be found in the Size section of a company profile. Profiles include the total number of new employees detected and the % growth for different periods.
2. Size filter: The filter lets your quickly narrow down to growing, fast growing, or shrinking companies over a monthly, quarterly, or annual period. Just drag the endpoints to narrow down your search.
Protip: If you're seeing a lot of small companies with high growth swings, change the employee filter to set a minimum limit the company size.
3. Signals: To get a feed of growing companies, go to the signals page under the "More" dropdown. Select Employee Growth in the filter.
You can set your growth rates as a % of absolute value. You can also toggle between monthly and quarterly growth. Finally, you're able to track all companies that grow above a threshold that you set.
