Exporting Data to a Spreadsheet

Click the download icon to export search results to a spreadsheet (CSV, XLS).

You can export searches or list results by selecting the export button on the upper right-hand corner of your search results. The .xlsx-formatted export includes company names, URLs, descriptions, ownership status, employee counts, headquarter data, and any tags that you've enabled in your search.

Within a list, once you click the export button you will be prompted to select Spreadsheet from the export options.


Export Credits

Each subscription includes a maximum number of export credits. If you attempt to export companies above your current credit limit, you will be prompted to confirm payment for any additional exports.


Find Previous Downloads

You can view all previously exported files or redownload previous exports from My Files.
