Upon registering for Grata, you'll see that we will prompt you to set up another Method of Authentication. There are two methods in which you can enable for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
Authenticator App
SMS Text Verification
Once you set either of these options, you'll be sent a verification code to enter in order to sign in.
If you experience any issues accessing your MFA code, please reach out to our chat support who can help reset your MFA. Once your MFA is reset, you can log out. Once you log back in, you'll be prompted to update your method of authentication (SMS Text or Authenticator App).
