How it Works
Bankers Share Their Live Deals
It all starts with sell-side advisors who are looking to find highly qualified buyers for their clients. Advisors who have been qualified by Grata build deal profiles and share them with our team.
We Vet the Deals
Deals go through our qualification process to ensure that the financials meet the needs of Grata's investment-grade standards. The Grata Deal Network will feature middle- and lower-market businesses with at least $1M EBITDA or $3M revenue.
Once they pass the test, we share deal teasers on our platform. You Find Your Next Target
Search active mandates to find your opportunities. If it seems like a right fit, you can contact the advisor directly to move things forward.
No additional fees from Grata for either party.
Where Can I Find This?
Live Deals will be in a dedicated section under Business Development on the navigation bar.
Our v1 is a feed of Live Deals that a user can click into and view additional details such as the acquisitions characteristics and the contact information of the advisor.

Those with trial access will be able to preview the live deals page but not see the banker or their contact info.
In order to view the full list of deals, those with trial access will need a Grata subscription.
How long are the live deals on Grata?
After 3 months (90 days) the deals will automatically expire.

We will reach out quarterly to identify any new deals the advisor would like to share with Grata.
Is Grata registered with the SEC or FINRA?
“Grata is not acting as an advisor or intermediary in any of the live deals. No fees are being collected, and live deal information provided by investment banking advisors is treated as marketing material. As such, there is no requirement for SEC or FINRA licensing in relation to these activities”
